Free Employee Fitness Classes and Wellbeing Programs

About Us

Started in the spring of 2021, the Nutrition & Holistic Wellbeing Coaching Program has expanded from a nutrition-based program to include additional dimensions of wellbeing. Our goal is to provide the DU faculty and staff community with unbiased, scientifically-backed information and resources while supporting behavior change. We believe wellbeing is a personal journey and will meet you where you are, whether you're participating in 1:1 coaching or group programs.  All programs are hosted either on-campus or virtually and are primarily led by certified nutrition coaches Ruth Brown, Jeanie O'Kane, and Alie Wilkinson. Alie and Jeanie are also NASM certified personal trainers. Combined, we have 40+ years of working on the DU campus and love supporting our campus community through a variety of wellbeing offerings.

All coaching program events are offered at no-cost to DU employees, thanks to the support of Well@DU, the Ritchie Center for Sports & Wellness, and Human Resources and Inclusive Community.
